Refunds

Ask and you will get one. No reason required, no questions, no form. Email us and the payment is refunded in full.

Your file never arrived

Check the spam folder first — it arrives as an attachment, which some mail providers treat with suspicion. If it isn't there, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will resend it. You do not need an order number; we can find it.

The file is wrong

Tell us what you asked for and what you got. We will send a corrected file, refund you, or both.

Printing

Files are vector PDFs, so they stay sharp at any size. Print at 100% or “actual size” rather than “fit to page” — scaling will change the staff height, which matters if you are matching existing paper.
