Rastrum Press has no accounts and no customer database. There is nowhere for us to keep information about you, which is the shortest honest summary of this policy.
What we collect
When you buy a PDF, Stripe collects your email address and the billing details it needs to process the payment. We receive your email address so we can send you the file, and the layout options you chose. That is all we see.
We never see your card number. Payment details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page, on Stripe's servers. Card data does not pass through this site at any point.
Where it goes
The layout options you chose are stored with Stripe, attached to your payment record, so that your file can be generated after payment is confirmed. We keep no copy. Your email address is passed to Resend, our email provider, for the single purpose of delivering your PDF.
Three companies are involved in a purchase:
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing follows you here and nothing follows you away.
Our host keeps ordinary server logs — the sort of request records every web server produces, including IP addresses — for a short period for operational and security purposes. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
How long we keep things
We keep nothing ourselves. Payment records are retained by Stripe under their own retention policy, as is legally required of a payment processor. Email delivery records are retained by Resend under theirs.
Your file
Your PDF is generated at the moment you download it, and again at the moment it is emailed to you. It is not stored on a server between those moments, and there is no library, archive, or link that could later leak.
Children
This is a shop that sells printable paper. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
